This evening, I stopped by the grocery story on my way home from work. Dark clouds loomed overhead. As I'm standing in the check-out line, it begins to rain, hard. Of course I didn't have an umbrella. People were standing around to wait it out. But I had dogs at home that needed to be let out and I knew I wouldn't melt. What's a little, ummm a lot, rain? So I sprinted behind the grocery cart and ran as fast as I could to the car. I quickly loaded the groceries and put the cart away. It reminded me of a time several years ago, when Kyra and I got caught in the rain leaving the grocery store after we had eaten at The Loop. We skipped/splashed through the parking lot to the car as the rain pounded down on us. What a fun memory!!!
