We packed up most of our items last night after the movie. So this morning it was simply a matter of me showering and then us carrying things to the car. The girls slept until around 8 a.m., then we started taking things to the car. We checked out of the hotel and then began our long drive home... It was a lot quieter on the drive home than it was on our way down. Maybe because on our way down the girls hadn't seen each other in a while and had a lot to chat about. They mostly played their Nintendo DS games or listened to iPods, while I listened to my own iPod. We arrived at Colleen's house around 5 p.m. and spent a few minutes there talking with her dad and brother and sister. Then we left and I took Kyra to her dad's house.
Bye bye beach... What a great vacation!!!
