Bryn sleeps over

Kyra had invited Bryn to spend the night with her tonight. They were going to ride the bus home to our house today, so I left work earlier than usual. I left the office around lunch time, took the car to get it washed, bought dog food, groceries, etc. I was driving from the grocery store to home when Kyra called me and said they had just gotten off the bus. I told her I would be there in a few minutes. The girls had fun playing while I made dinner. I cooked home-made meat/tomato/marinara sauce with Quinoa shells. Kyra ate well, but Bryn barely touched her meal. She was distracted with her iPod Touch. After dinner, I laid down on the couch to watch the Olympics. Kyra asked me to tell them when Apolo Ohno would be skating.  I watched for a while, but was so tired and fell asleep.  I woke up at 11 p.m. and told them that hockey was still on the Olympics, and that they should go to sleep soon. They were already in bed, entertained with their individual iPods. They promised to be asleep by midnight.
