This afternoon I attended Kyra's teacher's parent-teacher conference. The photo is of Kyra's self-portrait that was hanging in the hallway. Her teacher held a group conference this semester and went over important dates in the future. They will go on a field trip to the middle school in May. There will also be a parents meeting at the middle school one evening as well. The day before the last day of school will be graduation. OMG! Hard to believe that she's going to be finishing elementary school in just a few months!
This evening she practiced giving her science project presentation. She had to create a 3-D example, for which she chose Niagara Falls. She read "facts" to me and explained how she made her project. She's so creative!
