spring break, dog sitting, how to train your dragon

Kyra's on Spring Break this week. She's going to be with her dad Wednesday afternoon through next weekend. She has a dog sitting job while she's with me, so we're having a stay-cation rather than going anywhere. We started the day with dog sitting duties. I totally missed the photo op of Katie giving Kyra a kiss, so Kyra graciously posed giving Katie a kiss.

Next on the day's agenda was to take the dogs that she's sitting to the park. But there was a problem... The dogs didn't want to get into the car. So rather than forcing it, we opted to just take them for a walk in the neighborhood. They weren't very good on the leash, so we didn't go too far. But it was an adventure!

Then we went to the Northlake Movie Tavern for a late lunch at to see How to Train Your Dragon. It was a cute movie!

In the evening, Kyra did her dog-sitting duties again. We enjoyed our stay-cation!
