poor baby has a bad cough...

Kyra's been coughing for at least a week, maybe more. Last night she was up most of the night coughing worse than she had been. After very little sleep, she woke this morning still coughing. She didn't have a fever, but had a headache and was coughing a lot. After talking to her dad, I called the pediatrician and took her in. A new doctor has joined her pediatrician's office. She was very nice. She thinks Kyra has a sinus infection that has made it's way down to cause the cough. She prescribed antibiotics, a nasal spray and Claritin or Zyrtec. So we picked up the medications and went back home. Kyra spent the day lying around, coughing. She had no energy. Poor baby! I hope she feels better soon!
