After an amazing day, we returned to the hotel to wind down and prepare for marathon race day. The first photo is of Kyra on the couch with her newest American Girl Doll, Rebecca. (I think she has a Hershey's kiss in her hand from yesterday's excursion to the Hershey store.) While she was relaxing on the couch, I set out my clothing/gear for race day. I have my "Toenails are for sissies" hat, long-sleeved technical shirt, short-sleeved over-shirt, race number pinned on, 26.2 gloves, shorts, tights, water bottle, iPhone holder, fuel pouch, socks, shoes, timing chip (attached to shoe). Think I'm ready; but am I forgetting anything? Hope not...
