Kyra was not happy at all this morning about having to spend so many days in a row with her dad. She's looking forward to their mini-vacation in Tennessee, but she was not happy to learn that she wouldn't see me again until Wednesday. I explained that her dad has to travel a lot in June and she would actually spend less nights with him than usual for the month. Basically, she'll be with him every night that he's in town, which I think is only 9 or 10 (instead of the usual 12 nights per month). Of course her being away for almost a week is hard for me too. I miss her already! And I'm already dreading late June/early July when she'll be gone for two week to camp! I hope she has a blast though!
